with Halloween progress was slower than usual, but we tried to keep to our macro chart from last week. this week we had some more code optimization as well as some UI added, the new UI shows the speed, and also shows a restart button when the car stops

I added the logic for the buttons and the car stopping, it was simple, if velocity = 0, then activate the UI element. also managed to create an output for the velocity, which allowed me to project it to a text mesh pro, so we could show the player their speed.
andrea:
I added some art for the UI, and also updated the macro chart, the UI art was made to resemble a speedometer, and I also i added a dark tint along with a wasted symbol as a reference to grand theft auto.
